José & Patty @ Bodytec Lounge

After zumba and boot camps, the current trend is Bodytec (a new way to work out). Today, Patty Brard and José attended a demonstration at Bodytec Lounge in Amsterdam.

This demonstration coincided with a charity event to raise funds for an organization which helps people suffering from inborn error of metabolism. The participants were asked to take a selfie with a Dutch celebrity. Each selfie brought €5 to the charity. José and other VIPs participated in this event.
